Benefits

The application enhances work efficiency and provides the following features for agents:

  • A simple, user-friendly graphical interface for managing all data.

  • Automatic creation of Filed Fare masks in group PNRs with passive segments, based on Amadeus TST (Ticketing System Transaction) printout.

  • Support for processing PNRs with different passenger types (e.g., adults, children etc).

  • Automatic retrieval of relevant data (e.g., taxes) from the Galileo system, with all necessary background calculations performed.

  • Detection and correction of errors made by agents during manual entry, whenever possible.

  • A step-by-step workflow display and Filed Fare mask processing shown in a dedicated window.
